On my way home I saw at car parked by the side of the road (Its been there several days).
The side of the car has been wiped out. It’s missing most of the front corner where one of the headlights is.

Now, for the past couple of days it didn’t have a sign in the windscreen; as of today one has magically appeared.

What does it say, I hear you ask?

Can’t drive the car.
Waiting for insurance.

I give up on some people. Time for some modern warfare 2 to celebrate end of exams!

I’m a lady?

It’s undeniable. I’m a woman. I may as well give up being a man right now. So apparently I’m not as masculine as I thought I was. “Why do you say this?” I hear you ask? Well…

As most of you know I work at Marks and Spencers and today I was on customer services desk helping Richard and Kate deal with the amount of customers they were getting.
So, there I was, helping this lady who had her 2 year old granddaughter with her.

First off, the young hellspawn demanded to see what was going on so her grandmother lifted her up so she could sit on the counter. Distasteful, but I could deal with it.

Secondly, I just got on and did my job crossing out/hanging up/etc and I turned my back to hang this woman’s bra. (Why would you return a bra, seriously? But that’s for another blogpost..) Then up pipes the little madam “What’s the lady doing with your bra?”

Now I heard this loud and clear (and I assure you that the entire queue did too) and thank god I was turned around or my direct gaze would have shattered her. Fortunately the grandmother corrected her saying it’s a man, but seriously?! In no aspect do I resemble a female. NONE. I can understand being called Mrs/Ms on the phone because most of it is for my Mum (and I do kinda sound high pitched). I know I’ve not got Mr T’s voice but I mean.. please.. seriously? Why would you say this?

Naturally I just went bright red, couldn’t believe what I was hearing and hurried up the transaction and moved on. Notably, none of the other customers brought it up (they usually do bring up things they’ve overheard as an “ice breaker”) which could suggest what exactly?!

Life’s unfair.

Hello world indeed!

So, apparently having a website saying “Coming Soon – June 2009″ past the date and in to January of the next year isn’t acceptable so hence here is the rebirth of my blog. None of you probably remember anything about it from before…

So anyway, I’d like to remind Jenny that she said she’d give me a cookie if I set up a new website. <- Jenny, re-read carefully.

Okay, so it’s the weekend. I’ve wasted most of the evening watching TV, going on WoW and playing on Modern Warfare 2 on my xbox 360 (best. game. ever)! So going to bed soon would be a good idea seeing as I have to be at work at 9am. Sigh. How tiring my days are but it’s worth it when I see the paycheque.
